Office Manager – State Farm Agency

We are a high-producing, fast-paced State Farm Agency located in the heart of Ballantyne looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and a true go-getter. This is not a position for someone who simply waits for tasks to be assigned. We want someone who looks for ways to add value, solve problems, help customers, and make the entire office better every day. State Farm Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Aggressively help manage phones so customers receive quick, friendly service
• Assist customers with policy questions, service needs, billing, and general requests
• Complete service and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
• Support the Agent and team with a broad range of office and administrative responsibilities
• Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and customer requests
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and add value to the agency
• Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the office every day

Our Office Our agency is a high-producing, positive, team-oriented office in the heart of Ballantyne. We work hard, move quickly, take great care of our customers, and enjoy being part of a successful team. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply fill a position. We want someone who is excited to take ownership, contribute, add value, and help our agency continue to grow. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Business Insurance. Our office is located in Ballantyne. I have been a State Farm agent since 2011. We have 55 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
