Job Description Human Resources Administrator Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday Duration: 4-6-week contract (may lead to consideration for future project assignments) Rate: $23-$25 per hour Sirius Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for a short-term, on-site contract. This combined HR Operations and Payroll position provides transactional support for employees in the United States and Canada. You must have a strong HRIS background, SuccessFactors experience, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee data and records in HRIS and payroll systems, including job title, salary, and tax changes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding in SuccessFactors, ensuring required documentation is completed and filed.
- Maintain data integrity across payroll and HRIS systems.
- Resolve employee inquiries through ServiceNow and escalate issues as needed.
- Support HR administrative tasks and projects.
- Assist with payroll submissions as needed.
- 5+ years of related HR administrative experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with SuccessFactors, HireRight, Kronos, or similar HRIS, payroll, and employee-management software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate, detail-oriented recordkeeping and data entry.
- Ability to manage high-volume requests, meet customer service-level expectations, and deliver responsive support to employees and HR stakeholders.
- Discretion with confidential information and knowledge of payroll compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment, including with employees at all levels and partners in HR, Finance, and other departments.
- Adaptability to payroll law changes and new systems and procedures.
- Experience using an HR ticketing system such as ServiceNow to manage and track support requests and employee inquiries.
- Working knowledge of payroll practices, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency with ADP GlobalView, Workday, or similar payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Understanding of Canadian payroll regulations.
