Senior Manager, Sales Data Architecture & Engineering, Transcatheter Heart Valve

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager to lead data architecture and engineering for U.S. transcatheter heart valve sales operations. The role encompasses designing scalable SQL databases, data pipelines, and semantic layers to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to establish reliable data governance, optimize performance, and migrate critical assets to enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee U.S. THV Sales data architecture, database structures, and reporting models
- Lead data pipeline development, maintenance, and optimization for sales reporting and analytics
- Manage SQL database operations, performance monitoring, and production issue resolution
- Develop and maintain semantic layer enabling consistent data access across BI platforms
- Lead, mentor, and manage data architecture and engineering team for sales operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years sales operations, business intelligence, or data engineering experience
- Advanced SQL expertise for database design and query optimization
- Experience designing and managing data architectures and semantic layers
- Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Strong leadership experience managing technical data teams
- Experience with BI tools including Tableau and Power BI
