Senior AWS Data Engineer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior AWS Data Engineer in Charlotte, NC. Summary: In this role, you will focus on Domain Design and Architecture. You will lay out data foundation and architecture, which then gets built out into specific technical requirements/components and passed to data Engineering team. There is some engineering component to pilot test things prior to recommending.
- For the senior folks, looking for 12+ years of experience; Strong tenure within financial organizations
- A data modeling and architecture skillset; Comfortable with engineering (foundation in data engineering)
- Communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Longer tenure with banking sector (Financial is first choice, Retail background)
- Know how to run projects, know how to run portfolios
- Able to leverage common distribution list when we find good people
- AWS, Python, PySpark, SQL, Oops, AI
