TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Garfield Heights, Ohio, 44105!

Title: RN- Med Surg / Telemetry 
Location: Garfield Heights OH
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

AUTO OFFER!! Options for 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s available!

Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm
Must have 12 months perm MS/Tele
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
*ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted!

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
