Community Liaison
Carmel Manor
Carmel Manor, a Catholic, not-for-profit senior living community in Fort Thomas, KY, seeks a Community Liaison to build strong relationships with residents, families, parishes, hospitals, and referral sources. The Liaison will represent Carmel Manor in the community, coordinate outreach events, support admissions and tours, and share information about skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, rehabilitation, and personal care services. This role collaborates closely with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a resident-centered, faith-based experience that reflects dignity, compassion, and holistic care for seniors.
