Location:   Encino, CA  (on-site position) 

Status:   Full Time position (40 hours/week)

Pay Range : $38,000 - $150,000/yr USD w2 + Employee Benefits  ( Please note: Starting base pay amount is based on the extent of position-relevant experience)

The Inside Sales Representative is pivotal in helping clients regain financial stability through effective communication and tailored solutions. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently strive to meet and exceed mutually established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics that drive individual and team success.
• Communicate with prospective clients regarding their tax problems via phone calls, text, or email.
• Evaluate prospective clients’ tax issues and needs by effectively qualifying for services and asking target questions to identify the source(s) of their tax liability.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of our services, tailoring solutions for clients’ unique needs while assisting them in achieving financial relief.
• Strategize with sales managers to meet and/or exceed predetermined goals and expectations while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to share effective strategies and insights, contributing to overall sales performance.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all client interactions, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Validate prospective client qualifying information to confirm alignment with established minimum qualification criteria.
• Professionally maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
• Evaluate client needs to effectively qualify for services, directing them to the appropriate services or departments afterward.
• Strategically collaborate with sales managers and fellow team members to meet and/or exceed predetermined goals and expectations. 
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and data entry

Required Qualifications:

• Language Skill: Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Education:   High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience:   Professional sales experience, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is required; Phone Sales experience strongly preferred.  
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with computer systems and software applications  (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM or similar systems) 
• Document Management:   Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and personal information is required. 
• Professional Demeanor: Bringing a positive, proactive, and collaborative professional attitude to work on a daily basis. 
• Customer Service:   A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an intake, customer service, administrative, call center, or case management role is highly desirable.
• Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Ringcentral, and similar systems, software applications and computer programs is desired.
• Ability to succinctly convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong, verifiable professional track record of detail and accuracy, ensuring all client information is recorded and handled correctly the first time. 
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
