Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in growing the business by building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the field. This role involves active prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits and cold calling
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report on sales metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales
