Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a General Otolaryngologist (ENT) with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors), this is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment, perfect for a board-certified Otolaryngolgist who desires a fulfilling practice.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location, one hospital, and shared practice-only call (1:6-1:7), and no hospital call which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will possess a strong clinical background in Otolaryngology with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning. Ear surgery experience is a plus but not required. The incoming Otolaryngologist would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Otolaryngologist who is eager to contribute to patient well-being. Job Requirements

Required:

• Active California medical license

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT within 2 years of completing training

• Eligible for a California medical license

Pay Range

$557,074 - $557,074 /year
