Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Representative to support a company focused on IT services and cybersecurity for large-scale government enterprise networks. This position is on‑site in Kansas City, Missouri. The ESD Representative will provide centralized help desk and desktop support to end users across a global enterprise environment. Join a mission‑critical team supporting secure network operations for a major government organization and help ensure seamless connectivity for thousands of users worldwide. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing tools Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across multiple locations Qualifications 0–6 months of experience (Mid-level) OR 6+ months to 1+ year of experience (Senior) in IT support or help desk environments Experience with desktop support, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and basic networking Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills Relevant IT certification (Security+ required) Active Secret Clearance required Compensation Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience) Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law #J-18808-Ljbffr Zachary Piper Solutions
