Who We're Looking For:
- UPBEAT - Greets clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- SCHEDULING MASTERY - Manages appointment bookings, walk-ins + phone calls
- ORGANIZED - Keep the front desk + retail areas clean, organized and stocked
- PROBLEM SOLVER - Handle client concerns + inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset
- TEAMWORK - Collaborate with barbers + cosmetologists to ensure an awesome experience
Our Pay Structure:
Full Time (30+ hours/week)
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
- Product Commission: 10% on your check + 10% in your PTO bank
Part Time (12-29 hours/week)
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
- Product Commission: 10% on your check and 10% in your PTO bank

Boasting locations across the Austin metro, we provide quality cuts for all walks of life in a fun atmosphere where our stylists can truly be themselves. Through the power of our stylists, barbers, and our female-led Shop Support team, we serve over 20,000 clients every month.
