Berlin Agency is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Client Benefits Specialists.
This role focuses on helping individuals and families understand options designed to protect their health, income, families, and homes.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Identify clients’ protection needs and financial priorities
- Educate clients about life insurance, health-related benefits, and mortgage protection options
- Explain available coverage and help clients select appropriate solutions
- Complete applications and maintain accurate client records
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
- Participate in training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and/or video
- Ability to learn new products and systems
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state insurance license if not already licensed
