Retention Bonus: Total $1000

90 Days $200

180 Days $300

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
• Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• 20 hours a week in Lake Carey area to provide support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication reminders)
• Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning, toileting)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
• Provide transportation for errands or appointments if needed
• Maintain a safe environment and document care
• Offer companionship, conversation, and respect for client privacy
