Leading the litigation practice for a growing firm, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on complex personal injury claims while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload, including Motor Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle Accident claims, from intake through trial or settlement Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and jury trials while developing litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff, and mentor attorneys as the firm's Washington practice grows Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Washington State Bar license in good standing Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Extensive experience with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Commercial Vehicle Accident (CVA) claims Significant courtroom experience, including depositions and mediations
