What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility parking areas entrances and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry permissions for employees visitors and vendors following site protocols for badges visitor logs and/or deliveries.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence assisting with directions and inquiries and communicating professionally with staff guests and first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
