About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Information Technology to provide strategic leadership and ensure the development and execution of enterprise IT strategy in support of federal government contracting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, overseeing IT governance, and ensuring secure, compliant, and cost-effective technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of federal cybersecurity regulations and experience in CMMC, NIST, and FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks. The EVP, IT will also be tasked with managing the IT budget, optimizing IT spend, and leading a high-performing IT and cybersecurity team. Candidates for the EVP, IT position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior IT leadership role. Experience in a federal government contracting environment is essential, as is a proven track record in supporting CMMC, NIST, and FAR/DFARS compliance. The ideal candidate will have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, and CMMC Registered Practitioner or equivalent.
