Assist customers with selecting granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and other countertop materials based on their project requirements and design preferences. Educate customers on material characteristics, colors, finishes, edge profiles, and maintenance requirements. Coordinate slab viewing appointments and assist customers during the selection process. Build positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients. Gather project details, measurements, drawings, and specifications from customers. Prepare preliminary countertop quotes and estimates using company pricing guidelines. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and showroom visits. Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities within company systems. Support sales representatives by coordinating customer communications and project information. Assist with order entry, contract preparation, and scheduling activities. Administrative & Operational Support Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule consultations, template appointments, and showroom visits. Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, production, and installation teams. Maintain organized customer files and project documentation. Ensure showroom displays, samples, and promotional materials are well maintained. Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, showroom sales, inside sales, or administrative support preferred. Experience in countertops, stone fabrication, cabinetry, flooring, construction, or interior design is highly desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to read basic measurements, drawings, and project specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software.
