This role focuses on achieving sales and profitability goals, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a high-performing, guest-focused team.Company Perks: Competitive pay rate with a raise after 90 days, Daily Pay access, discounted gas, free drinks & food discounts, 401K, referral bonuses, & so much more!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising day-to-day restaurant operationsSupport recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team membersAssist with scheduling to ensure proper staffing and labor controlLead and support the team during high-volume periodsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional guest serviceMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with product orderingAssist with paperwork, banking, and administrative duties in a timely mannerMonitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standardsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environmentAssist in reviewing profit and loss statements and meeting sales and profitability goalsCoach, counsel, and motivate team members to improve performance and guest satisfactionAddress guest concerns and resolve issues related to food quality or servicePromote a positive, respectful, and productive work environmentPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operations.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of inventory management and scheduling.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to follow company procedures and uphold operational standards.Dependable, motivated, and capable of taking initiative.Education and Experience:Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.Working environment and physical requirements:Must be 18 years or older to applyMust be able to stand during the entire work shift.Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%At-Will Employment: This position is at-will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.EEO Statement: Refuel is an equal opportunity employment employer to all applicants and team members.
