Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
• Educate potential and current clients on insurance options
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and recommend coverage
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
