Youth Mental Health Care Manager I: Casework & Crisis Planning

MHC Mental Health Cooperative, Inc.

MHC Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Care Manager I to provide continuous care management services to children and youth with severe emotional disturbances. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing service plans, and coordinating care with community resources.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and have strong communication and crisis management skills. Benefits include comprehensive medical insurance and retirement plans.
