CVICU Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts, including three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. This position includes floating to other like units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU.
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting patient assessments and care plans accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid PA or Compact RN license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Previous CVICU experience preferred.
