This is a seasonal, on-call job November 1 through April 30

Snow & Ice Pros, Inc. , a trusted leader in the snow management industry for over 35 years, is seeking experienced and reliable Snow Plow Drivers to join our winter operations team. We’re known for fast response times, clear communication, and a strong commitment to safety—and we’re looking for drivers who share those values.
As a Snow Plow Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping parking lots and roadways clear, safe, and accessible during winter weather events.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plowing equipment to remove snow from commercial and residential properties
- Respond promptly to snow events—often with short notice
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks and report any issues immediately
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating snow plows or heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Strong ability to work in demanding winter conditions
- Dependability and availability on short notice between November and April
- A valid driver’s license is essential for this role
