BASIC FUNCTION
Profitably take care of customers, technicians, and the service manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Interact with customers by phone and email to schedule appointments
2. Route technicians
3. Debrief technicians
4. Handle payroll for technicians
5. Enter, initiate, follow progress, and close calls in the computer
6. File
7. Keep data correct in the computer
8. Dispatch techs
9. Scan paperwork

10. Organize paperwork into the computer as an attachment to the file
11. Make new files
12. Send maintenance agreement renewals once a month
13. Send Emails for scheduling purposes
14. Call to schedule maintenance checks when needed
15. Order parts as needed
16. Customer follow-up as needed
17. Answer phones
18. Schedule installation jobs
19. Call in inspections when needed
20. Help the receptionist when needed
21. Other tasks as assigned
