SERVPRO of South Shreveport is looking for an experienced, driven Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver high-quality projects from start to finish.
If you’re a strong communicator who knows construction, can keep subcontractors and projects on track, and takes pride in quality, organization, and getting the job done right—we want to hear from you.
$40,000–$50,000/year + bonus & commission opportunities

What you’ll do:
Oversee job sites, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality
Keep projects moving efficiently and within budget
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
Identify issues early and drive solutions
Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and documentation
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of construction experience, including 2–3 years in a superintendent or field leadership role, strong communication and decision-making skills, and a commitment to service, integrity, mutual respect, and grit.
