Construction Quality & Safety Manager

Roers Companies is seeking a Construction Quality & Safety Manager to lead onsite quality assurance and safety programs across our real estate development projects. In this role, you will develop and enforce QA/QC and safety procedures, conduct regular site inspections, ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards, and lead incident investigations. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to resolve deficiencies, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This position offers strong growth potential in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
