Facilities Maintenance Leader

FirstService Residential

FirstService Residential seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical plant across properties. You will supervise staff, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role covers carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and general repairs, with on-call duties and the ability to lead teams through complex tasks.
