Position: Ultrasound Tech Specialty: Ultrasonographer Job located in Boston, Massachusetts at Brigham & Women's Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system. Job Requirements

Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date. MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission. Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state for all work and education. 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset. MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding (color photo taken in past 6 months, plain background, no selfies or filters). MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Resume required for submission. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions upon acceptance. MGB Education Verification through background check company. MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check. MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually. MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually. Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no exemptions allowed. Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required. Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. BLS certification required for onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military). Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity. Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred. Schedule Information

MGB Badge Photo requirements: color photo taken in past 6 months, no selfies, no filters, plain background, symmetrical headshot, shoulders up, look straight, no tilted head, no eyeglasses. No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 Fit Test. Updates for Fit Test can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment due to limited resources on the islands.
