Job Description Lead and manage a team of 5 skilled Tool and Die Makers and Maintenance professionals Oversee daily tool room operations to ensure optimal tooling reliability and maximize production uptime Plan and execute preventative and corrective die maintenance programs to minimize downtime Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping tool room Manage the sourcing and procurement of new tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tooling and die operations Demonstrated leadership experience managing tool room or maintenance teams Proficiency in SolidWorks for navigating and interpreting tooling drawings is highly preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr Searchmasters Inc
