Shift: 8 hours, Days 8x5, from 0645 to 1515, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Operating Room (OR) surgical specialties. This position will involve working with patients in ENT (adults and peds), Facial Plastics, and General Surgery. The RN will play a vital role in the surgical team, providing high-quality care to patients throughout their surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring that patients are safe and comfortable.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide necessary interventions during surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals in the OR.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery.
• Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Prior experience in OR nursing preferred.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required for pediatric cases.
