Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
- Demonstrated progression from senior software engineer into architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise solution design roles
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications supporting complex business environments
- Proven success leading architecture decisions across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams

Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions utilizing technologies such as:

- Event streaming platforms (Kafka, Event Hubs, or similar)
- Data integration and analytics platforms
- Security architecture, identity, and access management (IAM)
- DevSecOps practices
- Observability and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
- Experience within financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery environments
- Technical leadership across geographically distributed engineering organizations
