Houston or The Woodlands Business Litigation Associate Houston, Texas The Woodlands, Texas Lateral Associate Business Litigation Close Date: December 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM GMT Winstead PC is seeking a 3-5 year associate for a position with our Business Litigation group in our Houston or Woodlands office. This is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Houston or Woodlands office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Business Litigation Experience : Experience in drafting and arguing motion and experience in taking depositions. Additionally, experience in research, document review, drafting pleadings and experience in discovery is required. Real Estate Litigation Experience : Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required. Eminent Domain Experience : Prior experience or exposure to eminent domain matters. Strong academics : Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills : Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
