Job Description

As a Communications Agent at Skillbridge Academy, you will play an important role in supporting communication between our organization, candidates, clients, and internal teams. You will help ensure that inquiries are handled professionally, information is communicated accurately, and every interaction reflects the quality and standards of Skillbridge Academy. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Assist with inbound and outbound communications.
• Maintain organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and important updates.
• Coordinate information between departments when necessary.
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely communication.
• Help resolve general questions and communication-related concerns.
• Maintain a professional and positive experience during every interaction.
• Support administrative and communication initiatives as needed.
• Follow company procedures and communication standards.
