Job Summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a caregiver, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities. If you're passionate about making a difference and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Help clients with mobility and safe transfers

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Provide transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)

Offer medication reminders

Observe and report changes in a client's condition

Follow individualized care plans and infection control procedures

Clock in/out electronically and complete required documentation

Qualifications

Previous caregiving, home care, hospital, assisted living, or nursing home experience preferred

HHA or CNA certification preferred (or applicable state certification)

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, compassionate, and professional

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

Lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

Assist clients with mobility and transfers

Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods as needed
