We are currently seeking a full‑time Teller (Enrichment Representative) to join our team. The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00–$23.00, depending on experience. Spanish‑speaking candidates who pass a standardized language assessment are eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour. About The Role The Enrichment Representative assists members with financial transactions while delivering a highly personalized and engaging member experience. This role proactively identifies members’ needs, recommends appropriate products and services, and ensures all interactions reflect OCCU’s commitment to enriching lives.
