Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups. Use diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, to ensure effective treatment across various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, utilizing your clinical skills and empathy to stabilize situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in community mental health settings, where you have engaged with multidisciplinary teams and a range of treatment modalities. Compensation and Benefits\n
