If you're looking to make an impact without compromising your work-life balance, this could be your perfect match! Your Assignment Will Include:
- Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS, including Section K and Section V (CAA)
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
