Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled nurse with a strong background in emergency care to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Interpret and manage heart rhythm changes (dysrhythmias)
• Care for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues
• Administer blood products
• Manage central lines
• Start and maintain IVs
• Administer IV sedation and vasopressors
• Care for stroke (CVA) patients
• Care for ventilated patients
• Manage BiPAP/CPAP
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Follow isolation precautions
• Perform triage

Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active state nursing license required (NY or compact)
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience
• 2 years of recent ER experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
