Talent Acquisition Lead - Strategy, Branding & Exec Hiring

RxSight, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment team and drive all aspects of the hiring process. You will partner with the VP of Global HR to develop strategies, source and screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while implementing policies in eQMS for the U.S. and international sites. You will own interview process design, candidate assessment standards, and executive recruitment, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with #J-18808-Ljbffr RxSight, Inc.
