Wound Care Nurse

Position Purpose Responsible for managing the skin program for the facility. Essential Functions of the Position Ensure all residents are assessed weekly to evaluate the condition of their skin; identify risks and develop appropriate interventions and required documentation. Measure all skin areas weekly and document. Initiate and update all care plan information regarding skin. Perform skin and related treatments on all residents as assigned. Monitor and adjust equipment use per facility protocol and resident need. Follow skin protocol of facility and F314. Perform additional duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Franklin Simpson
