This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. The position is a regular, full‑time role (first shift, United States) serving client needs and facilitating higher level transactions. Language fluency required: English. Assist clients with transactions, education on digital, self‑service solutions, interaction with team sales processes, support outbound calling, and maintain internal controls. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a distinctive customer experience with courteous conversation, smile, and efficient transaction handling including both complex and simple transactions. Educate clients on digital, self‑service solutions including ATMs, online, and mobile banking. Participate in the team sales process by outbound calling, checking offers, and identifying opportunities for referrals. Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles. Fully participate in the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Continue professional development through education and training. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience. Six months of client relationship building or sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to interact with clients. Proficiency in PC keyboarding and branch automation software. Ability to multi‑task under time constraints. Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs. Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours; possible travel and overnight stays. Preferred Qualifications One year of client relationship building or sales experience. Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention. Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients. General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
