Senior Client Operations Manager

IQVIA seeks a Senior Client Operations Manager to oversee global project portfolios and strengthen client relationships in Marietta, Georgia. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with global project teams and CRO partners
- Develop client governance structures and meeting cadences to monitor account health
- Lead client operational committees and report portfolio status to senior management
- Track performance metrics and service-level agreements, implementing process improvements
- Develop communication plans and facilitate client calls, portfolio reviews, and capability presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field preferred
- 7 years clinical or research industry experience
- 5 years project management experience
- Knowledge of global operations and project services in clinical research
- Budget, KPI, and service-level agreement management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
Compensation: $83,000-$173,000 base
