Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Pay: $28.00 - $31.00/hour Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-growing, plant-based food manufacturing facility. We're located at 8735 East 33rd Street (East Indianapolis) and operate a landfill-free production site focused on quality and sustainability. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Repair mechanical and electrical components on production equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs as needed Submit parts/service requests and support maintenance planning Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate documentation Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Planner to keep operations running smoothly Follow OSHA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards at all times What We're Looking For 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus Exposure to HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry is helpful Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Technical degree or Journeyman card preferred but not required.
