As a Shift Supervisor, you are a key part of that by overseeing our kitchen operations to ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers.Role DetailsPay Rate: $20.00Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00/hour premium, automatically applied to any hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AMJob Location: AnnapolisPosition Type: Full-time & Part-timeResponsibilitiesLead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including the opening, prep, and closing dutiesWork together with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure our guests receive the highest quality of serviceReceive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocolMaintain communication with the restaurant staff to ensure the team has enough stock and assist them with supplies and orderingEnsure the appropriate safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across all back-of-house areas and in line with the cleaning schedulesMonitor the kitchen operational costs and ensure budget guidelines are followedEnsure all kitchen equipment is used safely, securely and is in full working orderPerform the relevant briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-serviceEnsure all operating and quality standards are metResponsible for always presenting a professional and ethical leadership styleParticipate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employeesQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience supervising and or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurantAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracyDemonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and proceduresMust be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong team playerRequirementsMust be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the USMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to stand for a full shift while workingMust have open availability, including night and weekend availabilityFood Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health DepartmentsThis list of qualifications and requirements also reflects the qualifications and requirements used as vetting criteria for our AEDT (Automated Employment Decision Tool)BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance100% employer-paid Life Insurance401K Retirement PlanEmployer match for Health Savings Account (HSA)1.5x Pay rate on company holidaysLearning and Development opportunities to advance your careerEmployee StockEmployee DiscountNote: Some of our benefits vary by state and depend on the number of hours you work.About WonderEverything’s on the menu at Wonder.
