Digital Marketing Strategist PA, United States Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, patient engagement, and driving growth for our healthcare organization. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative services, marketing strategy, web and IT, to optimize digital channels and ensure our marketing efforts align with patient needs, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to graduates in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Five or more years’ experience in marketing and communications for large organizations with formal brand structures. Experience with developing and implementing digital strategy. Experience with a variety of digital marketing products. Healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Healthcare marketing knowledge: familiarity with HIPPA regulations, medical terminology and general healthcare consumer behavior. Digital Marketing Expertise: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Organic Social and Reporting Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets at once. License/Certification/Registration: Valid Driver’s license. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Receives supervision from the Digital Marketing Manager. SUPERVISION GIVEN No direct reports to supervise. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services and improve patient, employee and provider acquisition and retention. Manage and optimize digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage Mount Nittany Health’s reputation management products. Partner with Web and Content team to support SEO efforts and ensure paid and organic search are working cohesively. Analyze performance data and provide insights to continuously refine strategies for maximum effectiveness. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing innovations to keep the organization at the forefront of healthcare marketing. Ensure all digital marketing initiatives meet HIPAA and other regulatory compliance standards. Manage Mount Nittany Health’s existing social channels. Support the growth of new opportunities in different spaces. Support the planning and execution of Cheers Campaigns. Plan and execute patient and employee acquisition and retention journeys.
