Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with PT plans tailored to California regulations.

• Develop measurable treatment goals and track progress with standardized metrics.

• Maintain compliance with state licensure, OSHA, and clinic policies.

• Educate patients on exercises, safety, and home program adherence.

• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.

• Demonstrate high visibility of work activity through transparent reporting and dashboards.

• Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff during therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the local market using pipeline data.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and strive toward merit-based advancement.

• Provide on-site supervision or mentorship to support staff as needed.

• Participate in marketing or outreach efforts to drive patient referrals.

Experience/Qualifications

• California PT license or eligibility to practice in-state.

• Experience delivering physical therapy with measurable outcome tracking.

• Knowledge of California PT regulations and OSHA safety standards.

• Ability to document encounters accurately in an electronic health record system.

• Proven ability to develop and monitor treatment goals using standardized metrics.

• Active participation in patient education, safety, and home exercise program adherence.

• On-site mentoring and supervision of staff, with willingness to coach others.

• Strong collaboration with care teams for discharge planning and care coordination.

• Comfort with high transparency and visible performance dashboards.

• Demonstrated sales-minded approach to growth opportunities using pipeline data.
