We're working with a respected home health and hospice team in the Lewiston area that believes in quality over volume. They want their therapists to have the freedom to treat the whole person not just complete visits. If you're looking for more autonomy, a supportive clinical team, and a better balance between purpose and productivity, you'll feel at home here.

Here's what it really looks like:

You'll spend your days in the community evaluating, treating, and cheering on patients where they feel most comfortable: their own homes.

You'll plan your own schedule, manage your own caseload, and have the time to actually do what you were trained to do: deliver exceptional care.

You'll collaborate with RNs, OTs, and SLPs who genuinely respect your role on the team.

And you'll be supported by leadership that trusts you as a clinician, not as a number.

The details:

• Competitive pay $90,000 to $105,000+ annually, based on experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
• Flexible full-time schedule build your day around your patients, not a clock

What you'll need:

• Active Idaho PT license (or eligibility)
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• A genuine connection to patient care this is for therapists who still love what they do
