Field Service Technician

A client of Insight Global is seeking Field Service Technicians to support a PC deployment and technology project across multiple healthcare facilities. This individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware while providing hands-on technical support to end u throughout the deployment process.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling between locations, and interacting with both clinical and administrative staff.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in desktop support, field services, help desk, or IT support
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading PC hardware
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products
- Experience supporting end u in a professional environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
- High School Diploma or GED


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare IT experience
- Experience supporting PC refresh or deployment projects
