A-PLUS HEALTHCARE / ADDUS HOMECARE IS HIRING – Full-Time Home Care Nurse LPN | Flexible Schedule | Paid Mileage We are seeking a LPN to provide nursing support to clients within our agency. This role is critical to meeting current care plan requirements, completing home visits and ensuring our clients can safely remain with our services. The Licensed practical nurse performs assessments and simple medical nursing procedures in client's homes, under the guidance of the RN Supervisor, in accordance with physician's orders. This home care opportunity has No weekends and No On-Call schedule! Hours: Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pm, No weekends! Perform routine supervisory visits Follow up for unskilled services Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information. Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency. Follow all Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and requirements. Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements & Competencies: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure in the state of practice New Nurses welcome, will train!
