Train new hires and implement standardized procedures for document management and filings. Collaborate with IT and administration to integrate technology and efficiency tools. Oversee vendor relations and e-discovery processes. Provide hands-on support for complex cases and transactions when needed. Qualifications 7+ years of paralegal experience, including supervisory responsibility. Thorough knowledge of state and federal court procedures. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
