A coveted Rock Hill law firm is seeking a Paralegal with 4+ years of experience in Workers Compensation law. Excellent, professional and work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in Worker's Compensation (Claimant or Defense)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Type 50+wpm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 60+ workers' compensation cases
- Type legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Set up IME's
- Draft Briefs
- Case management software
